When you upload documents to AssociationIQ, we receive the PDF files you submit and the analysis results generated from them. We do not collect your name, email address, or any account information — no login is required to use the service. We may collect standard server log data (IP address, browser type, request timestamps) for security and performance monitoring.
Your uploaded documents are used solely to generate your analysis report. They are processed in memory, encrypted using AES-256-GCM, and stored temporarily on our servers only long enough to complete the analysis. We do not read, review, or manually access your documents. Your documents are never used to train AI models, shared with third parties, or retained for any purpose beyond generating your report.
Your uploaded documents are permanently deleted from our servers after your report is generated. Reports are available for 30 days, after which they are permanently deleted. There is no way to recover deleted documents or reports. We recommend downloading your report for your records.
All documents are encrypted in transit using TLS 1.2 or higher. Files stored temporarily on our servers are encrypted at rest using AES-256-GCM with per-file keys. Report data is stored in encrypted form and decrypted only at the moment of delivery to your browser.
AssociationIQ uses Anthropic's Claude API to perform document analysis. Document text is transmitted to Anthropic's API for processing. Anthropic's data usage policies apply to this transmission. We do not use advertising networks, analytics services that track individual users, or any other third parties that receive your document content. We do not create user accounts, store credentials, or maintain profiles. Each analysis session is independent. Once your report is downloaded and the session ends, no persistent record of your use is retained on our servers.
AssociationIQ does not use tracking cookies or persistent identifiers. Session state (such as your upload job ID) is maintained only for the duration of your active session and is not stored beyond that.
This service is intended for use by real estate professionals, association members, and investors. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The effective date at the top of this page reflects when the current version was last revised. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
