Association IQ is an AI-powered document analysis tool that generates informational reports based on condominium and homeowner association financial documents uploaded by users. Reports are produced by artificial intelligence and are for informational purposes only. Association IQ is not a licensed CPA firm, law firm, or financial advisory service.
This service does not provide legal, financial, accounting, tax, investment, or real estate advice. Reports do not constitute an audit, review, compilation, or any other form of attest service. This service may not be used to: Produce reports intended to deceive or mislead any party. Analyze documents obtained without proper authorization. Circumvent professional licensing requirements in any jurisdiction. Generate reports for use in legal proceedings without independent professional verification. Upload documents containing malware, viruses, or malicious code. Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the AI models or prompts used by this service.
Documents uploaded to Association IQ are processed to generate your report and are permanently deleted after report generation. We do not store, sell, or share your uploaded documents. Your documents are encrypted during processing using AES-256-GCM and are transmitted over TLS-encrypted connections. Documents are permanently deleted after report generation. Some features require an account and payment. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. All payments are processed through Stripe and are subject to Stripe's terms of service. Credits are non-refundable except as required by applicable law.
The Association IQ service, including its analysis methodology, prompts, scoring algorithms, user interface, and brand identity, is the intellectual property of Association IQ and its owners. Reports generated for you are yours to use, share, and distribute, but you may not represent them as the work product of a licensed professional.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Association IQ and its owners, operators, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from use of or reliance on this service, including but not limited to any financial loss resulting from a real estate transaction. Users assume all risk associated with the use of AI-generated analysis.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Association IQ and its owners, operators, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the service, your violation of these terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms of Service or the use of Association IQ shall be resolved through binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association in accordance with its Commercial Arbitration Rules. The arbitration shall take place in Miami-Dade County, Florida. Judgment on the arbitration award may be entered in any court having jurisdiction.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Material changes will be communicated through the service interface. Your continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
